1. General

These Terms and Conditions of constitute a binding contract between Customer and Bikeonline-Thai.

Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale by making a purchase, placing an order or otherwise shopping on Bikeonline-Thai.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, except that the Terms and Conditions posted on the Site at the time Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question and Customer’s use of the Site.

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by Thailand law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thailand courts. 

You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

Your data protection rights are set out in our privacy and security section Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover this Bikeonline-Thai. website.

Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions.

We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control.

We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English and Thailand and that no public filing requirements apply.

This website is owned and operated by Bikeonline-Thai. - a Private Company founded in the Bangkok, Thailand.

2. Our Contract

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered.

We will send the same details to you in by e-mail.

Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgment, not acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when you complete the payment for your order.

We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case will be explained via email, Line Talk or phone Call.

When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from our credit processor.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorized for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are in Thailand Baht. 

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, shipping cost and other costs except Helmet and other which we indicated separately.

The Prices of helmet and specific products do not include Customs and sales tax because they will be shipped to you directly from overseas.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate.

However, just occasionally, an error can occur.

If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it this is prior to any monies changing hand.

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Wire transfer or Cash.

All your orders is not processed until payment is received and cleared, product is dispatched from our warehouse to you or will be ordered to our supplier.

Payment by Paypal and Credit Card might be added transaction Fee, transaction fee of Wire transfer is borne by customer.

4. Processing order

Basically, your orders is on demand delivery which means Bikeonline-Thai don’t have all of our products.

If you order on-demand product, whenever we get a your order and cleared full payment, we back-order to our supplier in Europe and USA. 

Therefore, all prices include costs for Customs declaration except helmet.

Helmets are delivered to you directly from our supplier in overseas, so you have to do a Customs declaration by yourself. Bikeonline-Thai will support to you for Customs declaration.

In case of out of stock in supplier, we will inform you within 5 business days and you can choose to change or cancel of your order.

5. Shipping

(1) For in-stock item

The product will be shipped out within 24hrs by local shipping method.

(2) For on-demand item from overseas:

1) From USA.

It would be taken 2~4 weeks typically from payment completed.

2) From Europe.

It would be taken 3~5 weeks typically from payment completed.

(3) For international order

We appreciate to your order from overseas.

Please contact to us for international shipping cost.

In order to decrease shipping cost, We can ship it from overseas to you without passing in Thailand.

We can provide tracking number to you to track your package by yourself.

6. Changing order

Customer understand about changing order is not easy due to international delivery,

You can change your order till we back-order to our supplier.

Please note that we usually back-order to them after 6:00PM.

If you want to change a color, size and etc of your order;

When you change an order after 1 business day from ordering, exchange fee is 25%.

When you receive the product already, exchange fee is 30%.

7. Return

Customer agrees to thoroughly and carefully inspect all goods and shipping papers upon delivery.

All accepted returns must be within 7days, in new, unused condition with original box and/or packaging with all tags attached and subject to a 30% restocking fee.

No returns or exchanges for damaged goods, used goods, special order, sale items, electrical and all of helmets. 

8. Damage or shortfall of delivery

Any shortfall in delivery or damage in transit must be accompanied by a damage report from the freight carrier and must be completed at time of receipt of damages / short delivery.

Should damage in transit become apparent on opening parcel, the parcel should be returned immediately to the fright carrier for a damage report.

We can not settle any claim without a valid damage report.

All damaged goods should be returned.

Should your claim be valid we will either replace damaged goods.

Please pay return shipping cost.

Any complaints regarding damage and / or shortfall must be brought to our attention, in writing, within 5 days.

Any returns must include a copy of the sales invoice. We will not accept any returns that are unpaid.

9. Warranty

Any faults or defects of goods must be notified immediately.

For OEM items sold by the manufacturer guarantee is applicable.

All products manufactured by us are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.

Any warranty claim can only be settled if a copy of sales invoice is included.

International shipping costs are not part of any warranty, guarantee or exchange case.

10. Data protection

Your details will be used by Bikeonline-Thai for use of processing orders.

Your details will not be passed onto any third party.
